Moved end of sentence period to outside hyperlink (in "installstarprinter").

Removed superfluous invisible character which didn't render correctly in pdf (in "kohacmssetup").

Replaced angle quotes with greater than signs on (angle quotes didn't render correctly in pdf) (in "kohacmssetup").

Replaced curly/fancy quotes with straight quotes (passim).
