242 Remember to assign your staff secure usernames and passwords since

245 `Add a Statistical Patron <#addstatspatron>`__

248 One way to track use of in house items is to "check out" the materials
249 to a statistical patron. The "check out" process doesn’t check the book
250 out, but instead tracks an in house use of the item. To use this method
251 for tracking in house use you first will need a `patron
252 category <#patcats>`__ set up for your Statistical patron.

257 Next, you will need to create a new patron of the statistical type

274 to type the contact information over and over. Koha allows for you to
275 duplicate a patron and change only the parts you want to (or need to)

1551 A discharge is a certificate that says the patron has no current
1552 checkouts, no holds and owe no money. To enable this option on the
1553 patron record you need to set the `useDischarge <#useDischarge>`__

1559 for an account in a library or a university).
1563 Academic libraries often require that you have a clear record at the
