Variable "$ccodes" is not available at reports/issues_stats.pl line 358.
Variable "$locations" is not available at reports/issues_stats.pl line 359.
Variable "$ccodes" is not available at reports/issues_stats.pl line 358.
Variable "$locations" is not available at reports/issues_stats.pl line 359.

Test plan:
Run the script. Choose Collection or Shelving Location.
