Modified title of Hebrew serial sample.

Transliterated title of Hebrew serial so it would display correctly in pdf versions of the manual. Full title was too long for headers, so dropped subtitle: Journal of the Land of Israel and the People of Israel (roughly translated).

Fixed typos and replaced/removed several characters.

Moved end of sentence period to outside hyperlink (in "installstarprinter").
